A $300 security deposit for keys, pool pass and damage or loss is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully refundable 30 days after departure assuming no damage, loss, bank fees or or excessive cleaning. We encourage you to call us within 24 hours of your arrival to report any conditions which may affect the return of your deposit.
50% deposit of one half the total rental fee due upon reservation, remainder due 45 days prior to arrival.
