The villa is situated in the prestigious new development of Sunrise lakes. A quiet community which offers visitors, the peaceful tranquility of the suburbs, yet is only a few minutes from the i4 Interstate, which is the gateway to all the attractions Florida has to offer. Walt Disney World is only 15 minutes away.
The large pool with extended decking area has spa and unique waterfall feature. With outdoor dining furniture, and sunloungers, our guests can enjoy the picturesque Florida sunsets or relax over breakfast and take in the marvelous views of the lake and its woodlands in the distance.
Your children will be enthralled by the waterfall and your infants can play in the spa, which also doubles as a tot pool. After a long day at the theme parks what better than to relax by the pool and take in the wild life. When sitting by the pool, you can be forgiven for forgetting the theme parks and malls are only a short drive away.
The first spacious family room is decorated in green tones, has sumptuous sofas, tv with dvd, and film library and offers views of the pool area. The second of our family rooms, in contrast is furnished with rich tones of red and gold. This second spacious area is perfect for 'chilling' perhaps with a book from our library or listening to some music from our cd collection.
The formal dining area has seating for 8 and is great for those evenings in or for less formal dining, we have second dining area, situated just off the kitchen. The large kitchen has breakfast bar and every appliance you could need, including fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven and much more. The washer and dryer are in a separate utility area.
The fabulous games room features full sized pool table, foozeball and electronic scoring roll-a-ball game. The games room also has tv with ps2 and leather rocker games chairs. For your younger members of your family we have tots area with table and chairs and a box of toys.
The bedrooms include 2 children's themed rooms, a Disney Princess and a Mickey and Friends. Both rooms have some amazing wall murals, disney accessories and disney tv's.
The enormous master suite is decorated in a Tropical Island theme and does feature Simba, our life sized Tiger. This room has a king-sized bed and just off this suite is a Winnie the Pooh nursery with baby equipment.
The 4th bedroom has queen sized bed and is decorated in an American Country theme with colours of lemon and peach. The 5th bedroom also has queen sized bed and is decorated in the ART DECO style.
Our villa has everything you could need. All linen, hairdryers are provided and internet connection id free.
