This condo will sleep up to a maximum of 8 people; but for your comfort we suggest a maximum of 6. It is situated at Bethune Beach at the south end of New Smyrna Beach. We are only a mile away from Canaveral National Seashore and all its natural beauty, but still only an hour and a quarter from the Theme Parks in Orlando.
Chadham By The Sea was built in the early ‘90s and underwent a total renovation in 2004-05 of the building interior and exterior, right down to the landscaping.
The complex includes a heated swimming pool and tennis court, and ample parking. Perfect for a quiet relaxing vacation!

New Smyrna Beach is a little quiet beach town along the east central coast of Florida. While the beach is the most notable attraction, there are many other interesting venues which include the Atlantic Center of the Arts, Marine Discovery Center, Canaveral National Seashore, Marine Discovery Center, Little Theater, downtown Canal Street, and shops on Flagler.
There are many historical sites; some of which are the Sugar Mill Ruins, Turtlemound, Timeless Wings and Wheels Museum, ElDora House, and the New Smyrna Museum of History.
The New Smyrna Beach Visitor’s Bureau is located on Route 44, at the west side of town. The local Chamber of Commerce is down town on Canal Street.
