Description of the Port Antonio vacation Villa Rental 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 6 Sleeps
Situated on the hills of Williamsfield, just four kilometres east of Port
Antonio, the Villa takes its name from its architectural fan shape. The Fan has
a beautiful view of the Blue Mountain range, Dolphin Bay and Trident
Castle.
The Fan sits nestled in a tropical forest where
hummingbirds feed on exotic flowers. Two apartments of one bedroom, bathroom,
living room and kitchen are available for rent. The upstairs apartment is the
master suite. The downstairs apartment is equipped with a couch that pulls out
into a double bed.
Friendly staff are available to cater to your needs
and assist you in coordinating your activities. The housekeeper will be able to
facilitate your housing needs. The chef will cook your meals and assist you with
grocery shopping. The gardener maintains the grounds, hand picks fresh fruit
from the estate, and is able to offer you fresh coconut water upon
arrival.

CANCELATION POLICY
Cancellations
greater than 45 days of the check in date, there will be a full refund of the
reservation deposit, (less a 15% handling fee).
For
cancellations within 45 days of the check in date, there will be no refund of
the reservation deposit, unless the unit is re-rented, (less a 15% handling
fee).
TRAVEL
INSURANCE We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Travel
insurance policies will typically cover you for cancellation changes, loss or
damage to luggage, medical expenses, harm caused to other people and many other
risks.
If
Villaswithclass cancels any booking at least 60 days prior to the commencement
of the rental, the Customer shall be entitled to a refund of all amounts paid
(less 10% handling fee), but shall have no other claim whatsoever against
Villaswithclass or the Proprietor.
The
Customer shall notify the Company immediately and in writing by fax if he wishes
to cancel the booking and no such notification shall be effective unless and
until actually received in writing by Villaswithclass.
All
rates in the Villaswithclass's catalogue and website are expressed in US
Dollars. All sums paid should be made via bank transfer to the bank account
nominated by Villaswithclass. All transfers shall be made net of bank charges
and exchange commissions, any shortfall being a debt owed by the Customer to be
paid either when paying any balance or at the commencement of the rental period,
in cash to the Proprietor.
All
costs which are considered extra as stated in the House Rules, and any damage to
furniture and fittings shall be reimbursed to the Proprietor in cash no later
than the check out day. The Proprietor shall otherwise be entitled to withhold
all or any part of the Security Deposit until all extra costs are reimbursed by
direct US$ bank transfer to the bank account he will nominate.
Villaswithclass
accepts no liability to the Customer for any loss, damage or injury howsoever
caused to the Customer or to the Customer's personal property, personal injury
arising directly out of negligence or wilful default in the performance of their
obligations hereunder only being excepted from this disclaimer.
There is an array of beaches to visit in Portland. A few minutes
drive from the Fan there is Frenchman Cove, one of the most picturesque beaches
in Jamaica. There is also San San beach, the world famous Blue Lagoon, Winifred
Beach, and Boston Beach -- the central hub for authentic jerk meat. Chill Out
bar and restaurant is a little further at Long Bay Beach -- the best place to
catch surfer waves.
