Welcome to 362 Pine Marten Way, Edwards, Colorado! This 8,500 square foot home offers six bedrooms and seven bathrooms built on approximately 2.5 acres in the Summit at Cordillera. The home is right off the 4th hole of the Summit Golf Course, so the views are to die for! Cordillera is the Vail Valley's private playground with 4 golf courses, tennis courts, many swimming pools, health clubs and spas, restaurants, private access to gold medal fishing on the Eagle River, stocked trout ponds, horseback riding. In the winter, there is valet parking at both Vail and Beaver Creek ski resorts.
As for the house.... it is glorious! It is built on 3 levels. The main level offers a master suite with a steam shower and jacuzzi tub, an office, living room, kitchen with breakfast nook, dining room, laundry room and 2 car garage. Upstairs are 2 more suites- one with 2 double beds and one with 2 twins and a queen. Downstairs there are 2 suites- one with a queen bed and the second with 2 queens, a kitchenette with wet bar, microwave and dishwasher; the theater, the gym and the hot tub. There is also a caretakers/ nanny apartment over the garage.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, traveler’s checks, cashier’s check, personal/business checks, or money orders in US Dollars only. In order to hold your reservation, 50% of the total rental, assessments and taxes due must be received within 7 days of booking. For the Holiday Season, the final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. For all other rental periods, the final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. A $500 Damage Deposit, not subject to tax, is required with the final payment. Extra cleaning, excessive wear and/or damage, missing contents, lost keys, or other surcharges, may be charged against this deposit. Once payment is submitted, the cancellation policy takes effect.
If you are coming from DIA, get on I-70 heading West. If you are coming from the Eagle County Jet Center, take I-70 heading East. Get off I-70 at the Edwards exit (#163). If you are coming from the East, make a left turn at the end of the ramp. If you coming from the West, make a right turn at the end of the ramp. Go south on Beaver Creek Road to the light and make a right onto Highway 6 & 24 heading west. Drive west on highway 6 & 24 approximately 2.5 miles. You will pass Gracious Savior Lutheran Church, a trailer park village, and St. Claire’s School all on your left. After you pass St Claire’s, you will turn left on the next main street, Squaw Creek Road. There is also a sign for Cordillera.
You will drive up Squaw Creek about 4.2 miles. About 3.1 miles up the road, there is a sharp curve to the right and Squaw Creek turns into Fenno Drive. Keep going until you reach the guard gate at the entrance to Cordillera. Tell the guard that you will be staying at 27 Kit Way. The guard will give you a car pass to use during your stay.
Drive through the guard gate and up the Fenno Drive about 1.9 miles until it dead ends at Settlers Loop. Turn Left onto Settlers Loop. Kit Way is the third street on the left and 27 is the first house on the left. We will have the front door unlocked for you when arrive.
