This unique and spectacular 4,400 square foot home is situated right on Beaver Creek. The home is uniquely decorated with top class furnishings and art, appropriate for any discerning traveler. Ski in and ski out from your home in the winter or walk right out to hiking trails in the summer! The home is also an easy 3 minute walk to the village plaza for shopping, skating, and dining. This home boasts every good thing that you could possibly desire! Sleeps 10 comfortably with two king suites (each with private bath), 2 queen suites and a bunk room ith two twins. There is also a den with queen size sleeper sofa.
Enjoy two separate living areas (in addition to the den) where you can relax with family and friends after a day of skiing or hiking. Warm your toes in front of the fireplace, play a game of pool, watch a movie on one of six large plasma tvs, or relax in your very own outdoor hot tub.
This home has a fully- equipped gourmet kitchen and ample seating for a large dinner gathering. It is loaded with extras and is capable of entertaining quite a large crowd. Whether you prefer to do your own cooking or hire a personal chef, we can help you with all the arrangements.

Rental Policies
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, traveler’s checks, cashier’s check, personal/business checks, or money orders in US Dollars only. In order to hold your reservation, 50% of the total rental, assessments and taxes due must be received within 7 days of booking. For the Holiday Season, the final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. For all other rental periods, the final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. A $500 Damage Deposit, not subject to tax, is required with the final payment. Extra cleaning, excessive wear and/or damage, missing contents, lost keys, or other surcharges, may be charged against this deposit. Once payment is submitted, the cancellation policy takes effect.
*If you are coming from Denver International Airport (“DIA”), get on I-70 heading west. You will travel about 110 miles. Get off I-70 at the Avon exit (#167). Enter the round-a-bout at the end of the off-ramp and head into Avon (going under the freeway). Continue through 4 more round-a-bouts until you reach the entrance to Beaver Creek. It is about a 2 hour drive to Beaver Creek from DIA.
*If you are coming from the Eagle County Jet Center, take I-70 heading east. Get off I-70 at the Avon exit (#167). Make a right turn at the round- a-bout at the end of the ramp. Continue through 4 more round-a-bouts until you reach the entrance to Beaver Creek. It is about a 25 minute drive from the Jet Center to Beaver Creek.
When you reach the guard gate at the entrance to Beaver Creek, tell the guard that you will be staying to 115 Village Walk. The guard will give you a a Resort parking pass to use during your stay.
Drive through the guard gate and up Village Road. Continue all the way up past Beaver Creek village plaza. You will see Beaver Creek Chapel on your left. Just after the chapel, make a left turn onto Village Walk. There is a sign that says “Private Residences.” 115 will be on your right. Turn right into the driveway to park.
