• No minimum stay required
• All prices subject to 11.42% Hawaii State Tax
• Bed & Breakfast rooms will be charged a $25 one time cleaning fee
• Vacation Rentals will be charged a $50 one time cleaning fee
• All rooms include 100% organic Kona Coffee
• B&B rooms include complimentary continental breakfast
• Vacation Rentals contain a full kitchen and therefore DO NOT INCLUDE
COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST – breakfast is available at additional charge

- Local calls available from house phone. All long distance call by phone credit card only.
Most cell phones work on site.
- Check in time from 2-5pm. Other times are available by arrangement for our late flight guests.
- TV not available. This is your "get away from it all" site.
- Snorkel equipment and boogie boards usually available. Kayak rental nearby.

Rental Rates for Vacation Rental Bed and Breakfast in Captain Cook, Hawaii
Additional Information About Rental Rates:
Individuals
50% deposit is required to secure your private spot in Paradise.
(Mastercard, Visa, accepted, plus travellers cheques or bank checks.)
Necessary information for the credit cards are:
Full name, number, expiration date, and 3 numbers on back. A confirmation will be sent via email once the transaction is completed,
The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card 14 days prior to your arrival.
Individuals Who Rent Rooms: (Feb 28/29- Nov 30)
Those who cancel a room reservation must do so 30 days or more before your arrival to receive a complete refund. If you cancel a room within 30 days of your reservation date, we will ONLY refund your deposit if we are able to rent your room to others, plus there will be a $25 service fee. The Cleaning Fee will NOT be charged.
Individuals Who Rent Multiple Rooms: (Dec 1-Mar 1)
Those who cancel a room reservation must do so 45 days or more before your arrival to receive a complete refund. If you cancel a room within 45 days of your reservation date, we will ONLY refund your deposit if we are able to rent your room to others, plus there will be a $25 service fee. The Cleaning Fee will NOT be charged.
Please note: We only accept reservations for a minimum of 5 nights between December 1 and January 15. However, you may call to see if someone has cancelled and we may then have room to accommodate you for certain nights
Groups Who Rent Multiple Rooms: (Dec 1-Mar 1)
If you must cancel a room reservation, you must do so 90 days or more before your arrival to receive a complete refund. If you cancel a room within 90 days of your reservation date, we will ONLY refund your deposit if we are able to rent the cancelled room to others, plus there will be a $50 per room service fee. The Cleaning Fee will NOT be charged.
Group Leaders or Retreat Sponsors Please Note:
Aaahhh....Paradise will charge for all rooms rented. If you would like a complimentary room, you are responsible for spreading the cost over all the rooms among your group. Aaahhh....Paradise tries to keep prices at a bare minimum and cannot give free space.
