This Mediterranean Villa style villa was built in 2009 and features the highest standards of luxury living: the marble ground floor features a 2 car garage with beach chairs and other sand toys for the taking, next to a marble guest bathroom. A dining room with 8 leather chairs offers room for fine dining, accompanied by a family room for reading or gaming. This open area extends into a living room with a 50" plasma flat screen TV in high definition. Adjacent is an open designer kitchen with granite tops, Viking and Sub Zero appliances such as: fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, wine cooler, cook top with pot filler and ventilation hood, stainless farmers sink and garbage composer. The living room opens through french doors into the backyard with sitting area, sun umbrella and BBQ. From there a small flight of stairs accesses the private dock with unrestricted ocean access and to the short walk to the heated pool area.
We spent a very nice long weekend at this house. It is very comfortable for large families, and the living room area is great for children. The open kitchen space is very convenient for cooking lovers and the house is fully equipped. The owner was very helpful. I would only complain about cleanliness. It was not the cleanest house I have ever seen. Otherwise I loved it! vacation rentals located in Fort Lauderdale's finest neighborhoods, convenient to attractions, championship golf courses (Coral Ridge Country Club), shopping malls such as( Sawgrass, Las Olas Blvd, Galleria, Adventura, Boca Raton malls), waterfront restaurants. Close to Cardinal Gibbons High School where many tournaments conducted.There is a brand new beautiful park for tennis,baseball

but this line seems to work on her kids. The house is beautiful, in a great location, and has a view that seems to calm the wildest 4 yr old at sunrise, noon, and sunrise. I would recommend you guys to any one with no hesitation.
