The unit has central air conditioning, cable, ceiling fans, internet access available, and a nearby multi level pool. Families with up to six can be very comfortable in this 1100 square foot unit.
Your view is spectacular from the private balconies as you view St. John, Jost Van Dyke, Tortola, Hans Lollick, and several cays. Most special is the colors of the crystal clear sapphire blue water.
A fully equipped dive shop has snorkel gear, they can arrange scuba excursions, offer floats, windsurfing lessons, and kayak rentals. You can also enjoy a game of beach volleyball on the sandy beach, or tennis on the 4 tennis courts on the property.
The marina at Sapphire Beach offers day cruises including snorkeling excursions, trips to the BVI, and deep-sea fishing. You have a choice of power, or sail boats. You can also rent a jet ski or go parasailing.
Restaurants nearby offer everything from Italian, Mexican, fresh fish, pub food, and local favorites Marina Market in Red Hook is conveniently located and there is also a supermarket (The Food Center) further down the road where you can find a wider selection.
If you don't want to leave the beach, there is also a small refreshment stand between buildings B&C at Sapphire serving hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, soft drinks, beer and tropical drinks(hours: 11AM-4PM). Grapevine Grill located at Sapphire Village is a short walk away.Golfing enthusiasts can play at nearby Mahogany Run, and challenge the "devils triangle".
