Rental Rates for Vacation Rental House in Hawi, Hawaii
Additional Information About Rental Rates:
SECURITY DEPOSIT/RESERVATION FEE: The deposit/reservation fee of $2000 must be sent to P.O. Box 189, Hawi, HI 96719 to reserve the dates you desire. Lesser or lessee may cancel and all but $100 is refundable up until 60 days prior to your stay. Cancellations of 59 days or less will be charged 2 nights stay plus a $100 service fee. Reservations cancelled after that time shall forfeit full amount of security deposit. This deposit is not part of the rent. It will be returned within 15 days of departure barring any losses or damages above and beyond the norm, or breach of this contract. Whenever possible, we will examine the house at the time of your departure.
RENT: The full amount of rent and taxes and cleaning fee of $150 are due 30 days prior to your stay and are non-refundable at that time. Acceptable forms of payment are personal or business checks, money orders, or cashier’s checks.Please call 808-889-6336 to make payment with a credit card or complete the credit card information below.
OCCUPANCY: The house is rented for five (5) nights or more. Please see chart below for rates. Taxes are charged at a rate of 4.166% sales tax and 9.25% transient accommodation tax. This house is for vacation use only, and written permission is required for any parties or functions. No parties with greater than 40 guests are allowed.

From the Kona International Airport, turn left onto Hwy. 19 and drive north toward Waimea.
After about 30 minutes, turn left at the "T" in the road on Kawaihae Road toward Kawaihae.
Drive one mile, then turn right at the sign for Hawi on Hwy. 270.
Continue north on Hwy. 270 until you reach the 18 mile marker (you will see it on the right side of the road).
On the left you will see Puakea Bay Ranch gate house with a sign over the entry.
If you arrive prior to 5pm, tell the person at the gate that you are coming to Watkins residence. If you come after the gatehouse is closed, follow the instructions on the key box to the left of the roadway and ring for Watkins. We will open the gate when you ring down.
Come down the hill (approximately 1 mile) to the crossroads, Haleakala View, and turn left.
Follow Haleakala View to the end of the cul-de-sac and continue up our driveway. You have arrived!
