Deposits: £250 or $300. Deposit acts as security bond.
Lodging Tax: 11% included in the price
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation of a booking must be in writing and is subject to the following charges: Over 8 weeks from check-in: 50% of Deposit/Security Bond Between 8 - 4 weeks from check-in date: 50% of Rental Costs Less than 4 weeks from check-in date - 100% of Rental Costs
Other Fees: Payments by credit/debit cards or Paypal incur a 3.4% charge. (3.9% for cross border payments).
Other Policies: No smoking No pets
A $300 or £250 deposit is required to secure your booking. This is retained and acts as your security bond. Following confirmation from our property manager that the home and contents have been left undamaged, this is returned within 2-3 weeks of your departure.
Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival and if your arrival is within 8 weeks, both the security bond and full payment will be required together.
The list below contains the prices for 2009/10. Prices are reviewed periodically to take account of prevailing currency exchange rates. For more infomation contact us today for a firm quote. Discounts are generally available for bookings of more than two weeks.
A cleaning fee of £60 or $90 will be charged for bookings of less than seven nights.
The pool may be heated at an additional cost of £15/day or $25/day (tax included). You may also opt for 'on demand' spa heating only at $15/day or £10/day.
Please note: Pool heating must be selected at the time of booking.
