This Palm Springs 3 Bedroom/3.5 bath Palm Springs custom home, newly built 3,000 sq foot home on a ½ acre lot with complete privacy is located near the base of the soaring San Jacinto Mountains, offering spectacular views from indoors and out. Completely walled and gated, creating an atmosphere of total privacy in an already quiet neighborhood.<BR>
The enormous front courtyard boasts a large pool and adjoined spa, with cozy seating arrangements throughout. Relax poolside in a chaise lounge, or clink glasses over a meal at one of the outdoor dining areas. Lush green grass just beyond the Jacuzzi wraps around to the backyard, which provides more outdoor dining space and comfortable lounge chairs among striking boulders and foliage.<BR>
Inside, towering ceilings in every room make the most of the glorious natural light. Beautifully polished and stained concrete floors run the length of the house, except for the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Stylish, plush furniture is abounding through the great room and family room, and a very well-appointed kitchen rounds out the main living space.<br>
The kitchen features all the conveniences of a contemporary kitchen, with an ice maker and extra prep sink built in to the island. The 5-burner commercial grade range also has a programmable oven to take the work out of cooking or baking. All the appliances are stainless steel, highlighted by a double wide refrigerator /freezer. Granite tops the island, counters, and bar to tie the whole kitchen together.<BR>Each bedroom features ceiling fans, and access to the beautiful grounds outside, each comes equipped with new, fresh linens and pillows, as well as bath and pool towels for your convenience and en-suite Baths with back lit mirrors and exquisite tile work, to complement the modern theme of the house. The master bathroom showcases a large walk-in double shower with individual controls and is framed in seamless glass.<br>
