This luxury, three-bedroom, four-bath chalet in the Village of Cobbly Nob in Gatlinburg, TN, is ideal for a fun and relaxing family getaway. "A Window to Paradise" sits directly above the Gary Player-designed Bent Creek Golf Course and provides beautiful smoky mountain views. It is loaded with all of the amenities you can imagine including a fully-furnished game room, private hot tub, three whirlpool tubs, and two wraparound decks.
As you enter this beautiful chalet, you walk into a large open living area which includes a den, kitchen, and dining area. The den has TV/VCR and a wood-burning fireplace. A wall of windows looks out into nature and the mountains. The hot tub is located on the deck just outside. The fully furnished kitchen contains all you will need to prepare meals. Just bring your own food. It has a large ceramic tile bar with seating for 2. The dining area has a large table with seating for 8. Also located on the main level is the spacious master bedroom which has a king size bed and an adjoining full bath with whirlpool tub. It has its own TV and private access to the main level deck.
Upstairs you will find the loft with a queen size sleeper sofa.
There is also another spacious bedroom with a king size bed and adjoining full bath with whirlpool tub. It has a wall-mounted TV and a comfortable chair for reading. This bedroom also has its own private balcony with fabulous views of the Smoky Mountain National Park.
The game room, located on the lower level, has a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table and a wall-mounted TV. A queen size sleeper sofa in the game room allows space for 2 more to sleep. There are two doorways to give you access to the wrap-around ground level deck. A full bath with shower is adjacent to the game room. Also on this level is the third bedroom which has a queen size bed and adjoining full bath with whirlpool tub. There is a TV and private access to the ground-level deck.
The driveway and all roads are paved, with parking for three vehicles on private drive. Cobbly Nob roads are kept clear during inclement weather by the homeowners association. Being in the Village of Cobbly Nob provides you with privacy and 24-hour security. You also have access to the community's tennis courts and three pools.

A Window to Paradise Policies, Procedures and Rental Agreement
NO SMOKING, NO PETS, No fireworks or firearms allowed
Maximum Occupancy is 10 over age 5 (special approval required to exceed this number). Check-in time 4:00 PM/Check-out time is 11:00 AM (eastern). The fireplace is closed between May 1st and September 30th. Do not remove ashes from the fireplace due to a potential fire hazard. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age. No un-chaperoned groups. Telephone has block outs for direct long distance calls. Bring your calling card, credit card or cell phone. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Maintenance Emergency Number - You will find the after hours emergency number posted in the chalet. THIS NUMBER IS FOR MAINTENANCE EMERGENCIES ONLY. Examples of emergencies are: no heat, no water, broken pipes, etc. To report maintenance issues such as, problems with cable TV, hot tub, non-emergency plumbing problems, etc. please call (205) 663-3697 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Please leave a message if we are not in. We check messages frequently. Maintenance personnel will call you to schedule a visit that won't interfere with your plans.
Hot Tub and Cover - Hot tub will be inspected after each rental. If any items such as food, alcohol, soaps or bath products, etc. are found in the hot tub, you will be charged an excessive cleaning fee of $150. Damage to cover will result in a $350 charge. Covers should remain on the hot tub at all times when not in use. Children under the age of 16, pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or skin sensitivities should not use the hot tub.
Rates and Deposits - A $400 deposit is due at time of booking to hold reservation. Reservations cannot be held for any reason without payment of this deposit. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For holiday periods (July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's), the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment for reservations made less than 30 days from arrival date (or 60 days, in the case of the above stated holidays) will be due in full at time of booking. A $300 damage deposit fee is also due 30 days prior to arrival for any reservation not using a credit or debit card. For those using a credit or debit card, you understand that your account will be charged after your departure for any damages found. Violation of either the NO PETS or NO SMOKING Policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit. Any damage other than normal wear will be deducted from the damage deposit or charged to your debit or credit card. Your deposit will be returned to you within 15 days after checkout as long as there is no damage or theft to the chalet during your stay.
Departure procedures will be posted in the chalet. Failure to follow these will result in a $75 excessive cleaning fee. A 12.75% tax will be added to the rental rates. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice. All rates are in US Dollars (US).
Cancellations and Refunds - If you cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival date, you may receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival date, no refund unless we re-book the property. The refund will be the in the amount of the new booking less the $100 cancellation fee. For Holiday periods (July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's), the deadline for cancellation is 60 days prior to arrival. We strongly encourage you to consider travel insurance in case of unforeseen emergencies such as sickness. No refunds for severe weather conditions. During times of inclement weather you may want to consider a 4 wheel drive vehicle or chains. No refunds for early departures or unforeseen mechanical failures.
Credit Card Authorization– You understand and consent to the use of the credit card provided, without original signature on the charge slip. You understand that by "clicking" that you have read the terms and conditions of this property, you are bound by this agreement and you have signed electronically, and that this Credit Card Authorization cannot be revoked and will not terminate until 90 days after leased premises are vacated. Charges may include: damages beyond normal wear and tear; damage to hot tub or cover; maintenance issues caused by guest; excessive cleaning fee.
Whether you are interested in touristy activities, such as theme parks, dinner shows, and shopping, or more outdoorsy fun, such as hiking and picnicking, you will be at home in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. We have included links below to help you decide how to best spend your time in the area.
Even though there are lots of commercial activities that have built up in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, by far the biggest attraction is still the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Some of the key stops in the park include Cades Cove, Clingman's Dome, and Roaring Fork. If you enjoy hiking, there are many trails of varying degrees of difficulty throughout the park. The park is also known for its beautiful waterfalls.
Other fun outdoor activities include golfing, horseback riding, and whitewater rafting. The Bent Creek Golf Course is located just 1 mile away from A Window to Paradise chalet.
