There are also two bar stools at the breakfast bar adjacent to the fully stocked kitchen. The master suite has a king-size bed, private bath, cable/TV, and access to the large covered porch with seating for a cup of morning coffee.

Beachside Villas complex is a family oriented community, with two pools (one heated for winter use), lighted tennis courts and shuffleboard. Right outside this unit is access to one of the many grilling areas, as well as a "fishing hole" to entertain the kids.
There are also a biking and hiking paths around the community. For those that are here that like to spend long days at the beach, Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rental. For the working vacationers, Beachside Villas 1123 offers Wi-Fi free of charge.
