Paradise Courtyard is a privately owned home in upscale neighborhood located 2 blocks from the beach.
Near the San Luis Hotel.

Sleeps 10 adults

September 2010 May 2011.

Weekly rate $1295.00: Sunday to Sunday stay.

Weekends: $695.00 total with a 3 night weekend stay.

3 night minimum stay required. If you only need our home 2 nights, the 3 night rate would still apply.

Winter Snowbirds Welcome with long term winter rental. $3995.00 per month November 2010 till February 2011.

($300.00 Fully refundable cleaning security deposit required)

4 bedrooms: Queen bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom, sofa sleeper in the 4th bedroom. Twin sofa sleeper in the den and couch in the formal living room..

2 full bathrooms.

Full size kitchen and dining room.

2500 square feet.

Elegantly furnished and all utilities paid.

Linens included.

Private pool in the fully manicured back yard.

1 small pet considered with pet fee.
