1. Our Location: LESS THAN A STEP FROM THE BEACH. Compared to other condo's we are conviniently located only 10 minutes from Daytona Beach Airport, 10 minutes from NASCAR International Speedway, 10 min from Volusia Mall, 12 min from Greyhound Race Kennel Club, Less than a minute from the restaurants, grocery stores, bars etc. We infact have our own restaurant on the 29th floor with 360 deg beautiful views of the whole city.
2. Our Views: Not many condo's offer beautiful views of all THREE at the same time. You can enjoy the scenic views of the BEACH, RIVER AND THE CITY all at ONE time. Watch all the beach activities including parasailing and surfing, also watch boats sailing and ski jets go by in the river, get all kinds of city views with beautiful beach houses, swimming pools, tennis courts etc.
3. Amenities in the Condominium: Not every condominium provides so many resort amenities. Most of them have swimming pools and maybe a tennis court, but our condominium provides

g. club house and party room for all occassions.

4. Our Condo Features: Every condo has bits and pieces of all below, but we have it ALL to make things more convinient for you and your family.
a. kitchen appliances include: coffee maker, tea pot, grill master, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, blender, dishes, silver ware, lots of cabinets, pots and pans etc.
b. living room furniture includes: designer couch, chair, MASSAGER recliner, dinning table with 4 chairs, entertainment center with tv and DVD & VCR player.
c. Our bedrooms: OUR CONDO HAS SPLIT BEDROOM PLAN. A split bedroom plan offers added privacy and comfort to the master suite of the home. In short our master bedroom is located on one side with attached bathroom and the other bedroom is located on the other side with a bathroom next to it. Both the bedrooms are separated by the living room area adding to the privacy. Not every condo provides this split bedroom plan.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, dresser, Walk in Closet with storage space.
Second bedroom has TWO twin beds, TV, dresser and closet.
Each bedroom has EXTRA comforters, sheets, pillows etc.
Both bedrooms have Beach, River and City Views.
