Description of the Zillertal vacation House Rental 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bathrooms, 6 Sleeps


The house " Sun terrace at the Gattererberg" was finished in 2008 and was built a approx. 950 square meter large property. It is on the sun side of the Zillertal and has a fantastic view of the mountains and also far towards the beautiful Zillertal. Here is a flat available in the upper floor with approx. 110 square meter. The property offers parking availability in front of the house for approx. 5 cars.

 

Over the entire house length, the architectural style of the balcony pulls itself in the Zillertaler. It is large and is equipped with sun screen, table and chairs. Here you can enjoy the sun all day long.

For grill friends a beautiful free seat area on the west side of the house was created, where seat opportunities and grill guarantee cosy hours.

 

The excellent skiing area " Hochzillertal Kaltenbach - Hochfuegen" is accessible from here with the free ski bus in approx. 5 minutes, which stops hourly underneath the house.

 



A cosy restaurant can be reached comfortably by foot.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dream-like, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
