Welcome to our little piece of paradise! Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool home has easy access to all the major attractions via I-4 and 192, as well as easy access to all the golf courses you can handle! Less than 1 mile away you will find, a Large Publix grocery store, bank, gas station, our favorite local Pub, liquor store, hair salon, and restaurants including Applebees, Chinese, Pizza, Fis & Chips and Sushi.
Within 4 miles you will find virtually every store and Restaurant type you could want. Walmart, Dicks Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Target, Chilis, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, McDonalds, Wendys, Taco Bell, Subway, Dominos and much,much more. Local Restaurants/Pubs include , Sundays (closest & famous for Fish & Chips), Devennys Irish Pub with nightly free entertainment, Beef O’Brady’s with $1.27 Bud Select Pints all day every day and their famous Inferno Wing challenge, The PUB with regular entertainment and walls covered with autographed photos of celebrities, and Gators Dockside with real gator on the menu and an awesome selection of wing sauces. Our development has a great 18 hole course that your sure to enjoy. They run twighlight specials every day. Some fees as low as $25 including a cart.

Oh yes the house! One of the larger 3 bedroom homes you will find. Great master bedroom with a very comfortable queen bed, private bath with a shower big enough for whole family but were guessing you will want it all to yourself! Two other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twins share another full bath. Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator with ice in the door,reclining sofas and a 52” TV for those times when you just need a break from too much fun. Whole house stereo including pool side. Beautiful pool and comfy chairs and chaise lounges around it. Super fast Verizon Fios high speed internet. Very easy to find to your way home from the airport or parks. Once you turn into the development its 2 short lefts and your there.
