The property is located right by the Wailua River &, steps from Wailua Bay, adjacent to the famous Coco Palms Resort & equidistant from both ends of Kauai. It really is the perfect location from which to explore this island paradise. Wailua is on the east side of the island. This location allows you to walk to the beach, drop a kayak in the Wailua River, walk to Lydgate park or Wailua Beach, and drive to either end of the island in less than an hour. You can explore the south & west side of the Island without even encountering Kapaa's infamous traffic.
