Description of the Rocky Mount vacation Cottage Rental 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bathrooms, 6 Sleeps
The cottage is directly on the water. There is ample level parking right to front door. There are 2 steps to the door, very convenient. Max three cars. There are three private bedrooms and 1.5 baths. All bedding and linens are included. The master bedroom has a tv, and it's own private balcony over looking the lake. We are equipped with cable tv, dvd and vcr. There is a open kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, wine glasses, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, microwave, toaster and blender. Off the kitchen there is a large over the water deck with patio table and chairs. This a wonderful place to watch the alway's fabulous sunsets,and the many humming birds at their evening meal. There is also a clean, warm and soothing hot tub on this deck, a great place to relax and watch the boats idle by, the deck has child safety gates attached, from this deck it is only 5 steps down to a 24 x 10 boat dock, adjoining the dock is a large swim platform, with a ladder, table, chairs and lounge chairs where you can fish, sun bath, read a book or just enjoy being at the waters edge. The dock has been baited with brush all around and there is a fish cleaning station. If you are ready to BBQ there is a gas and charcoal grill provided. This lake cottage is truly a wonderful place for families, and fishermen alike to enjoy. Please bring life jackets, beach towels, sunscreens, water toy's and fishing gear. Pets under 50 lbs considered.
We are lacated in the town of Rocky Mount Mo. We are close to the Historic Bagnell Dam Strip, where there are restaurants, antique shops, games. (bumper car's etc) parasailing, river boats and much more. We are also colose to the town of Osage Beach where there are grocery stores, many restaurants, a 101 store outlet mall. libary, golf courses, a super Wal-Mart, Home depot, Lowes, and many novelty stores, a water park and just about anything else you might want.
