Bird's Nest accommodations is a vacation rental complex of 4 town houses in Anna Maria island, Bradenton Beach, FL, south of Tampa/St. Petersburg and north-west of Miami, on the beach of Gulf of Mexico.
Bird's Nest vacation rentals beach accommodations, 2 bedroom units are arranged on two elevated levels for a total of 1,200 square feet each unit. Each apartment is beautifully decorated and fully furnished.
Each accommodation has its own individual air conditioning system, entrance, carport, living room and bedroom fans, 2 color cable televisions, telephone & high speed internet access, linens and towels, iron, coffee maker, and many other features for customer's convenience.
Within the garden area is an elevated wide patio facing the beach and surrounded by hibiscus, palms and flowers. From this spacious deck you can enjoy our spectacular sunsets while you barbeque a juicy tender steak or relaxing in the SPA. The Bird's Nest vacation apartments are owner managed.

Policies
Extra Persons include children/infants/teens/adults. No extra person(s) is allowed in the apartment without Bird's Nest permission. Pre-approved extra person is $10 per day/night. The number of guests in a unit cannot exceed the room occupation allowance determined by the fire marshal. If you check in or later add extra person/s, the cost is $50.00 per person per any portion of the day and/or night they are on the premises.
Deposits:
1 - 2 or 3 nights - full amount plus tax.
We accept cash, check and Visa & Master credit card For payments made by Visa or Master Cards a processing fee of 3% will be added.
Cancellations:
Deposit will be refunded providing we receive written notice 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date , or refunds are subject to Bird's Nest apartments’ ability to re-rent the apartment for the same period requested.
BIRD'S NEST Apartments are at a convenient distance from the most famous attraction at Orlando, Disney World, a two hour drive. Tampa's Bush Gardens Adventure Island theme park is 45 minutes away, while Mote Marine Laboratories and the Pelican Man Sanctuary are a mere 10 minute ride. Sarasota-Bradenton Airport is only 20 minutes from our island. The Ringling Museum of Art is just across the bay, and the famous Sun'n Fun Aviation Museum and Air show are 50 minutes away in Lakeland. Within comfortable walking distance you will find shops, fishing pier, historic Bridge Street and a variety of restaurants which offer cuisine varying from the European to delightful local seafood served in a charming informal atmosphere.
Newly restored Bridge Street is home to Post Office and many shops offering an unusual blend of arts and crafts.

From Bradenton/Sarasota Airport
Getting out from the airport keep your right up to traffic light of US 41, make right on 41 and straight for several miles up to the sign BEACHES.
Make left on Cortez rd. going west up to the beach, after the draw bridge make left toward south about 1/2 mile ahead Bird's Nest is on your left on the corner of 5th. street south
From Tampa Airport
Head West to Howard Frankland Bridge and to St. Petersburg I - 275.
Stay on I-275 to the Skyway Toll Bridge, take 19 to Palmetto/Bradenton, pickup US 41 turn right at the junction of Cortez Road to the Beaches, after the draw bridge turn left toward South, on corner 5th. street south and Gulf Drive you'll see the Bird's Nest.
From Orlando Airport
Follow Signs for Tampa, Kissimmee & Disney World. Pickup the 528 Beeline Expressway toll, stay on this road for several miles,turn left for Tampa on I-4 stay on this up to exit 7 (there are approx.3 tolls).
Leave I-4 exit 7 ON I-75 head South to Venice/Naples Leave I-75 at exit 220B / 70 WEST stay on 70 west for several miles, (you will cross US41, 34th.street) keep going straight up to the traffic light on CORTEZ ROAD.
Turn left on Cortez up to the beach.
After the draw bridge turn left toward South, on corner 5th. street south and Gulf Drive you'll see(your left) the Bird's Nest.
From Miami
I-75 head North to Venice/Naples/Tampa
Leave I-75 at exit 220B / 70 WEST stay on 70 west for several miles, (you will cross US41, 34th.street) keep going straight up to the traffic light on CORTEZ ROAD.
