The historic Manomet Point Beach House was built in 1884 for the Coast Guard Sea Captain because of it's perfect point-lot location and stunning ocean views. Completely renovated and updated including a modern fully equipped kitchen with cathedral ceilings, skylights, hardwood floors, and spectacular ocean views from every room. The house features a comfortable open floor plan with contemporary furnishings, including a big screen TV and a cozy fireplace plus an elegant two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, separate deck and a private entrance. A large wrap-around deck with a stunning panoramic view is perfect for relaxing with friends and family while enjoying the most amazing sunrise and sunsets! This one-of-a-kind beach house also features a relaxing jacuzzi that overlooks the ocean and our very own private beach. A total of six bedrooms, three full baths, two complete kitchens, reading and game room and two living areas makes this the perfect family beach house!

Cancellation Policy
No cancellations due to missed flights or inclemental weather. 20% re-booking charge for cancellations after booking and no cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly vacation resort, however any pet that disturbs neighbors, damages property or exhibits aggressive behavior is unsuitable for the property and may be asked to leave at Owner's discretion. We also remind our guests that some pets in a strange environment behave differently than at home. Excessive barking for example is not acceptable since we are located in a residential area and we enjoy great relationships with our neighbors. If your planning to do a lot of travel and sightseeing while on vacation, your pet may be left alone in a strange environment which could be stressful.
Reservation Deposit
50% Reservation Deposit due upon booking with the balance due within 30 days of arrival. Because we have a number of guests that book a year in advance, we are now extending a $500 booking alternative for us to hold the beach house for you as long as the 50% advance deposit is received shortly thereafter.
