Over 100 ft. of private Lake Michigan frontage - sugar sand beach! This lovely, super-clean, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is situated on a medium bluff - spectacular sunsets. Sit on the large back patio, grilling you dinner, and take it all in! The kitchen, living and dining areas all enjoy the waterfront view, as does the master suite.
The kitchen is fully furnished, and the 3rd bedroom is huge! A great family getaway! Wireless internet and phone with long distance, too. Cable TV. The master suite offers a king bed. The 2nd bedroom features a full futon and bunk bed set. The huge 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, day bed with trundle. Sectional sofa in living room.
There's even a swing set and horseshoe pit in the yard for the kids. Paved driveway offers car and boat parking.
