A beautiful two-story townhouse/condo on the bay located on a quiet dead end street behind the Key West Yacht Club.  This furnished unit at Bay Villas has been completely renovated and is located a short distance from area restauarants, shops and beaches.  The bottom floor features a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room with two sets of double glass sliding doors leading out to a huge private wooden deck which sits directely above the seawall and is a short distance to the swimming pool.  The living room is equipped with a  queen size sleep sofa and a half bath to accommodate additional guests.  The upstairs has two bedrooms each with it's own full bath.  The master bedroom offers a queen bed and has access to a balcony overlooking the bay.  The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds.  The unit comes with a private parking space and a 31ft. boat slip which is one of fourteen boat slips located directly behind Bay Villas and the adjacent condominium building.
