Vacation Place Rentals minimum pre-pay due at time of reservation is $250.00 (minimum) or 20% of the rental rate will be required at the time of making a confirmed reservation and will be applied toward the balance due at check-in. Property damage deposits will be sent back within 10 days after the departure date, sent via corporate check by way of postal mail. A one-time $15.00 reservation fee applies to all short term and monthly reservations.
