Sunset Villa is located on the beautiful Gulf Coast and situated on the lake front neighbourhood of Briarwood in Naples, which is the perfect setting for your family holiday. From the Royal Palm lined streets, and wide friendly sidewalks to the two large communal pools, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, informal clubhouse and children's play area, you will feel right at home in the private gated community allowing access to residents and authorised visitors only. Briarwood is conveniently located in the heart of Naples, close to the world class shopping of Olde Naples, fine dining, the harbour and beautiful beaches.
All bedrooms have cable TV. The third bedroom is furnished with two double beds and can sleep four children if practical. The homes are built to comfortably accommodate two families.

Rental Rates for Vacation Rental Villa in Naples, Florida
Additional Information About Rental Rates:
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
DEPOSIT: To confirm the booking, a deposit of 25% of the full rental cost for the period must be enclosed with the completed and signed booking form. Upon clearance of the cheque, the booking is confirmed. You must check the confirmation and final invoice carefully and raise any queries immediately.
PAYING YOUR BALANCE: The balance of the rental fee is due at least 10 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period. We reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled if we do not receive the balance by the due date. In the event of a cheque not being honoured by the bank on which it is drawn we will make a charge of £25 to cover the bank charges and our administration costs.
CANCELLATION
- Period Prior To Departure Cancellation Fee Charged.
- 10 weeks prior Deposit only.
- 4 - 9 weeks prior 50% of full rental cost.
- Within 4 weeks of departure 100% of rental cost
Additional Information
- Prices shown are for up to 8 persons, additional £50 ($100) per person over 8.
- £70 ($100) per rental period (not per week) imposed on us by the ‘Homeowners Association’.
