The Boulder Abode is a newly built, duplex featuring 3 Bedrooms and 2½ Baths. This home also offers a stylish, fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with sleek, upgraded appliances. Living Room has high speed internet access and a cable TV. The lower level Family Room features a flat screen TV, digital cable, DVD/VHS player, and lots of seating for movie viewing.
The main level consists of the Living Room with single sleeper love seat; half bath; master bedroom with queen bed and adjoining full bath; laundry area, and kitchen that opens to the back of the property which is fenced with a deck, gas grill, and small play area for children.
A wide staircase descends to the lower level into a large, family room with queen-size sofa sleeper. Adjacent is a bedroom designed for the children with daybed that opens to a full bed, crib, and small play area. Down the hall is a full bath and third bedroom with king bed.
