Situated on a picture perfect well maintained mountain road, Halls Brook House is nestled on 8 very private acres.
The waterfall awaits you! Views from the upstairs master suite, main floor bedroom, living room and the large deck! Let the sounds of the waterfall and breeze rustling the tall spruce and white paper birch lull you to sleep each night!
Bed linens and towels are provided.
Home is nicely appointed: full kitchen: gas range, toaster, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker and spices. Comfortable living room with 2 futons. Dining room table and chairs/benches and a beautifully finished natural wood slab breakfast bar with barstools.

Pet Policy
Security deposit for guests with pets is $ 200
Owners must clean up after pets outside.
Highly recommended guests with dogs bring dog towels: they LOVE the brook!
Please, no dogs on the second floor, please keep door shut. Balance of the house is fine.
Accidents happen....cleaning products under the kitchen sink.
Extra sheets provided for covering the sofas if your dog is inclined to sleep on them. Just place in laundry pile upon departure. Thank You
Cleaning and laundry fee
The laundry and cleaning fee is 75. added to your total. Weekly guests cleaning and laundry fee is included in the weekly rate.
Security deposits
Security deposits apply to all rentals. I require a separate check: it is not cashed and is returned after checkout, cleaning and return of key. Security deposit with no pets is 100, with pets 200.
Smoking Policy
There is NO smoking inside. Please pick up after yourselves outside. Thank You
Reservation and Payment details
To reserve:
Please contact me via email. I will send you out a lease. Just look it over, complete any areas that are blank and return to me. It can be scanned and emailed, faxed or mailed: just let me know where to look. The fax number is at the bottom of the lease.
A deposit of 50% is due with the lease, the balance and security deposit are due 30 days prior to occupancy. When final payment is received, I will mail you a key.
I do accept personal checks. I can take a credit card or payment via paypal. Please ask for the paypal information.
For reservations made within 30 days of arrival date, payments are due in full prior to occupancy.
I do have a local person to meet you to pick up payments, if necessary, or furnish a key. Additionally, there is a lock box on the house.
General Restrictions
Renters must be 21+, license copy is required with lease.
You are limited to the number of cars and people on the lease. Large groups will be ordered to leave without refund.
No fireworks are to be set off on the property due to fire hazard.
All fires must be in the stone firepit, brookside, and must be completely extinguished before leaving the pit.
No dogs allowed upstairs, please leave door at the top of the stairs shut. Balance of the house is fine.
