Haines City Vacation Rental Villa

 

The villa is suitable for wheelchair access as there is an open plan living area and bedroom on the ground floor which has patio doors which open out onto the pool area. There is also a downstairs bathroom which has a sink, WC and bath/shower close together.

 

Within walking distance of the villa there is a WAL-MART 24hr superstore, a WIN DIXIE, a Dollar Tree, Blockbusters and MacDonald's as well as other fast food outlets.Currently being constructed is a large Publix supermarket which offers better quality produce within a 10 minute drive. A short distance away we highly recommend Mannies chop house for a good meal at very reasonable prices and more food than you can eat. As well as all the attractions Florida has to offer, our villa is only 20 minutes from Disney and is in a perfect location for Busch Gardens and all other attractions.

 

The villa has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, is fully air conditioned and furnished to a high standard. The living area comprises a large open plan lounge, with cable TV, DVD player and a playstation, a dining area and fully fitted kitchen with a portable radio and cd player. There is a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

 

There is a King size master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and large walk-in wardrobe and free use of travel cot (crib), one queen size master bedroom (which opens up onto the pool) and a family bathroom and two twin bedded room with shared bathroom. All bedrooms have televisions and cable and linen and towels are provided.

 

The heated private pool is fully screened (heating is charged at a set rate) and there are sun lounges and pool furniture. BBQs can be provided by our management company.
