These include fraternities, sororities, high school or college age singles, etc. If a group is found in a unit the rental agreement will be voided, the renters must vacate immediately, and wil forfeit their rent and security deposit.

Deposits: $200 Refundable Security Deposit will be held until unit is inspected and cleaned. Half of the total will hold your reservation, remainder due 21 days before check in.
Other Fees: Check out cleaning fee: $75.00. Lost key charge $30.00 Renter is responsible for paying any fees charged by PayPal. They charge 2.9% + $0.30 USD if payments are made using credit or debit cards or PayPal credit. It is free only if you pay from the balance in you PayPal account. To avoid these fees, a personal check is accepted.
