This charming three bedroom four bath log and stone lake view home on Lake Glenville can be rented either in its entirety or by main and upper levels, making it an ideal choice for two families vacationing together or even a small corporate retreat. Please call the office for price information regarding a separate upper or lower level rental. Each level has a private entrance and wrap around deck, complete with gas grill and picnic table, perfect for enjoying spectacular Lake Glenville sunsets and evening breezes. There is also a shared dock that is just a short drive from the home. The main floor entrance opens into an intimate and comfortably appointed living/dining room featuring a queen sleeper sofa and gas log fireplace. The master suite is light and open, with a queen size bed and French doors leading onto the deck, a lovely feature shared by each bedroom in the home. The main floor has a second bedroom with two single beds, a second bath, and a utility closet with a washer and dryer. The upper level entrance opens into a cozy den with a queen sleeper sofa. A lovely living/dining room with great lake views features cathedral ceilings, a gas log fireplace, queen sleeper sofa, and a game table. The master suite is spacious with king bed and private bath. Another bath and utility closet with washer and dryer completes the upper level. The home has air conditioning, satellite TV on both levels, separate phone number for each level, and is pet friendly with pet fee and approval.
