We have a 2BR, 2bath condo located in a guard gated community called Imperial Golf Estates, 1064 Manor Lake Drive, Naples, 34110. Amenities include: pool with cabana, tennis with instruction, screened lanai overlooking lake, custom built-ins, cathedral ceilings, walls of windows leading to lanai overlooking a lake, W/D, garage and wireless internet access and cable TV.
It’s 2.0 miles to Delnor-Wiggins Beach State Park (considered to be in top 10 most beautiful beaches in USA). We often run or bike to the beach. We’re 3.0 miles to Naples newest water park, Sun-n-Fun Lagoon. Our kids love it, we do too!! It’s within minutes of world class dining, shopping and some of the best golfing in the USA. Our place is 11 years old, 1450 square feet, fabulous, with new cherry raised panel cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, imported porcelain tile on the 45, luxuriously tiled master bath, and wet bar with built-in wine bar area. We’ve also added plantation shutters on the windows. This is an active community with weekly socials at the pool house.
