The 630 sq. ft. chef's kitchen, fully equipped, with 6 burner Decor stove, double oven and river rock fireplace has a cathedral ceiling and glass wall with river views. Other features provided are High Definition Television, Stereo, VCR, phone, Computer and DSL, allow this river-side home practicality, plus modern convenience. The massive Victorian deck and stairway lead to the 2 acre Rustic River Camp, lagoon and boat dock, and a wrap around front porch give way to a wonderful wine country vacation.
OAK TREE HOUSE has been masterfully renovated as a private vacation cottage for up to six people. Your welcomed by a river rock fountain and beautifully landscaped gardens. Each of the two bedrooms has a balcony and new queen beds, while the living room has a double futon. The home has a large bath with double sink vanity, shower, and six-jet sunken whirlpool tub. The cupola ceiling kitchen and dinning room is fully equipped and has plate glass views of vineyards and views of river. French doors lead to a comfortable deck, with bar-b-q, surrounding a live oak tree, which leads down steps to the rustic River Camp.
