Some units are listed as oceanfront, however they have side views, looking at lots of grass, trees, and a distant view to the ocean. Menehune Shores is a tropical oasis, with beautiful oceanfront grounds to roam. This is a romantic one bedroom oceanfront Kihei Maui condo for 2-3 persons, all remodeled and only 40 feet from the water's edge. We have a private lanai at this accommodation, 180 degree view of great surf, sunsets, whales in season, rainbows; this is definitely not for those bothered by the sound of the surf!
Sitting directly on the beach, only 3 miles from Wailea, and 9 miles from the airport, you have a great location with lots of beaches, golf courses, shops, restaurants, snorkel, surfing, fishing, and activities nearby. Amenities include an oceanfront pool, 2 shuffleboards, gas barbecues oceanside and on the rooftop with 360 degree views, ceiling fans, plus free parking. Unit has been completely remodeled, cable TV with 40 channels, DVD, fully equipped kitchen, granite counters, tile floors, washer/dryer, literally all the comforts of home.
