 Family Only Rental Or Age 27 And Older. LuxuryLarge Family ocean block condo. Sleeps up to 12. Each bedroom has at least one Queen bed. This place is GREAT, you won't want to leave. No taxes or fees. Everything you need is there, fully stocked kitchen including crab pot. Large Furnished deck/w grille, Wireless Internet, sheets, towels, games + parking garage for 2 cars plus parking pad. Outside enclosed shower. Bedrooms are so large it is more life a 4 bedroom. We have two dining tables and counter seating for 4. Steps to beach, boardwalk and pier. Walk right down Moreys Pier rather than dredge through all that sand Close to everything no streets to cross, 1/2 block to beach, boardwalk and piers. Between Ocean Ave & boardwalk/beach. October-May 3 night min. June Sun-Thur or Thur -Sun, July & August weekly only. September 3 ngt min. Larger clean nerwer fabulous condo. TV/DVD/VCR in all bedrooms and living room. Beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for your use. Just park and stay.

End of September through Mid May, montly rental perfect for temporary job location. Reasonable rates, clean, great location, parking. Rate depends on length of stay and # of people. Why stay in a 1 room motel. This past year we had workers for 1 month and 2 months and with their extra pay for room/board they saved money and had a really nice place to stay with many amentities they would not get in a motel. If they get transferred back they want our unit. Now that is a real compliment.

Best of both worlds, you are also just one block south of North Wildwood. Family location just park and stay. Walk to most events, restaurants etc. Room to move just park & stay. Prime location. Please No Proms Spring Breakers! Unit is oversized, room to move, beautifully refurnished too new for pictures. Wildwood Beaches are Free and you are just 100 steps to beach.
