Gorgeous Wine Country Villa, 5 bed, 4.5 bth, w/ jungle pool and spa. House is all marble, granite, hardwoods, and glass tile. 3 large balconies, all with fantastic views. One is 60', round, Italianate stone, and upper loggia is 30' long, covered w/arches, lots of seating around outdoor gas fireplace and gas grill. Two complete huge master suites w/walk in showers and large whirlpool baths with views. Gourmet kitchen very well stocked, pantry stocked w/basics. Partially stocked Victorian bar downstairs in extra living room. Huge, usable gardens filled with roses, perennials, hummingbirds, benches, and two gazebos; small pond with waterlilies. Luxurious "jungle" style pool w/attached spa and waterfall. Come sit in our rose gardens and watch the wild birds feed in our colorful "English" syle gardens. Relax with a glass of your favorite wine, or sit up on the private master balcony with that morning cup of coffee.
We welcome families, couples, individuals. No parties, weddings, or other large "events," due to concerns w/parking and noise. 4-5 car maximum, no on-street parking. Children are very welcome. (One spare queen aerobed and one portable crib). Owners (caretakers) live in small studio with separate approach, entry, and no shared walls, nights only. Your privacy greatly respected.

NO parties, beyond the immediate renters (10 or less). No outdoor music, or loud, rowdy groups outdoors. 5 car max., less is better, no on-street parking (we are on a private lane, a fire lane). Smoking on OUR outdoor property only, WITH ashtray. Pets welcome by permission; no dogs in pool, ever.
Cancellation Policy: No cancellations within 60 days of arrival; 10% cancellation fee before 60 days. We strongly urge you to get traveler's insurance, to protect against loss due to illness, job loss, etc.

NO parties, weddings, or other "events," aside from the 10 people staying, due to parking and noise issues. NO outdoor music. 3-5 car max.; all cars must park in driveway or garage. Smoking outdoors only, w/ashtrays.
Children very welcome! We love families, young and old. Extra raised queen aerobed and one porta-crib available. We are also pet friendly, for housetrained dogs or cats, but please ask first! No dogs in pool. Please trim animals' nails.

We are in the N.E. hills of Santa Rosa, in Sonoma County, about 20 min. from the Napa County line. We are central to all of the great wine roads, the Redwoods, the Russian River, Healdsburg, Calistoga, and Sonoma, and our beautiful wild coast, only about 35-40 min. away. The Villa backs up to legal Open Space, a long, wooded valley, where you can watch large birds of prey soaring or hunting on the wind drafts above the valley. Fairly private, a couple of homes across the canyon. The Villa sits on just under an acre.
35 min. from coast, 1 mile to nearest winery (Paradise Ridge), 10 min. north to Healdsburg and Dry Creek Wine Road, 20 min. to Alexander Valley wine appellation, 10 min. south to Sonoma Valley wine road, 25 min. to Calistoga and Napa wine road.
