1st and 2nd BDR: Lower level Captain bunk with twin Sleeps 4 each total 8

3rd BDR: Main level Queen Bed Sleeps 2

4th BDR: Upper level Two twins Sleeps 2

5th BDR: Upper level Captain Bunk Sleeps 3

6th BDR: Upper level Master has a Queen Sleeps 2 (Jacuzzi Tub)

Each BDR has it's own full bath

There is a "Pull out Sofa" in each of the 3 common areas plus a spare twin bed that sleeps 7

Total sleepers is up to 24 persons

Rental Policy:
	All rates subject to 12% Resort Tax. 50% Advance Payment Required with Reservation Full prepayment is due 90 days prior to arrival Check out cleaning required, maid service available at additional charge. Minimum 4 night stay required. A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out. All rates and taxes are subject to change. Check in time is 5:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. No Smoking loose deposit No Pets Allowed loose deposit

	Deposit Policy:
	A $550 damage deposit is required 7 days prior to arrival. Damage deposit is refunded 14 days after departure

	Refund Policy:
	A 15% fee is applied to all canceled reservation For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund may be issued. Cancellations received 90 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 15% cancellation fee
