There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a pull out queen size couch, there is a washer and dryer and all linins are included. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dish washer and ice maker. There is a TV with a DVD player and a separate CD/IPOD player with a nice CD collection. All linens are included. The unit is beautifully furnished with tasteful artwork. The patio in back has a marble fountain and a grill. Very relaxing after a night out. Step outside the front door and you are looking at the pool.
