Large open great room with vaulted ceilings, plant shelves. Why stay in a cramped condo and share a pool with strangers when you can have the privacy and convenience of your own home! All new furniture, fully equipped kitchen with Granite countertop and Stainless appliances, separate utility room with full size W/D, Gas Grill, 2 car garage with key pad entry so everyone can come and go without keys. Great Room has 37 inch LCD HDTV, DVD,stereo CD shelf system. For children's safety, house has alarms on all doors and windows leading to pool deck, plus second deadbolt up high where kids can't reach. House is approximately 2 blocks (1500 feet)from beach. You can walk to our private beach access (see picture above)or drive 1/4 mile east to public parking near Pompano Joe's, beach restrooms and new handicap beach access. Close to everything in Destin, 5 min from Silver Sands Outlet Mall, 5 min from Destin Commons Mall, centrally located to restaurants & shopping.
House is located in gated single family development, between Scenic Gulf Dr and Hwy 98, close to beach, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Destin Commons Mall. All Destin restaurants are only minutes away, Captain Dave's on the Gulf is walking distance. Bike and walking path along beach, bicycle and street legal golf cart rentals available.
Destin is essentially an island with gorgeous white sand beaches on the south and the Bay on the north (see aerial photo). It has easy access to deep sea fishing and wonderful seafood shops in case you want to cook on our gas grill. The kids will love Big Kahuna Water Park, race cars, para-sailing, kite-boarding, or best of all, playing on the beach. Destin has something for everyone!
