This "Summer Dream Home" is an artisticly renovated 3 bedroom 2 full bath tucked away on 15 wooded acres a mile south of South Haven and close to many Lake Michigan beaches.Sleeps 6-12 adults (plus small children on the railed loft), hot tub, pool, A/C, Q bed, Q sleeper, 3 full beds, W/D, glass door woodburner, clawfoot tub, glass block shower,furnished kitchen, grill , bath & bed linens.
just a mile south of South Haven, MI- Sleeps up to 12 adults, small children can sleep on the railed loft. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath creation is a product of what we wanted in a home, since we made it for us. So it's all the best tucked away in 15 wooded acres with a 400' driveway, you probably won't see a neighbor. We gutted this 100 year old 1 1/2 story farm house to lavish it with the best of materials. It has a King size bed in the master bedroom, a full size in the small bedroom, 2 full size in the sunroom converted bedroom, with window blinds all around, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, a full size fouton in the dining room, and 2 full foam mattresses on the loft (only for small children since the ceiling is very low). It's 6 country blocks to the nearest beach, with many other gorgeous beaches to chose along Lake Michigan (we're very close to the lakeside resort Palisades Park Country Club. $1400/week from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day. $1200/week, or $250/day before and after the peak season (2 day minimum).

50% down secures date
Rental balance, fully refundable security deposit $300 (may be higher for younger groups), and state sales taxes (6%) due 2 months prior to stay ( if time allows)
Cancelations before the pay in full date will receive all of their downpayment minus a $200 booking fee (or 20% of rental fee if daily rental), cancelations after that date will not get a refund (minus booking fee) unless the home is rebooked for those dates reserved
5:00 pm Friday arrival/ 11:00am Friday departure for weekly rentals (no early arrivals please)
