Whitetail Lodge is an ideal get-away nestled in the Rocky Mountains of Northwest Montana. Located near Glacier National Park with a view of scenic Glen Lake. It is a very private area with a spacious deck overlooking the lake. It also includes 2 RV sites with full hook-ups. This newly constructed cabin features large log beams and wood floors and ceilings. Whitetail Lodge is located on the west side of scenic Glen Lake in a heavily wooded, very secluded and private area. Large windows face Glen Lake giving a spectacular view of the lake and opposite shore. Included in this view are mountains that rise up from the opposite shore of Glen Lake. Glen Lake is a picture perfect mountain lake. It warms up nicely in the summer for swimming, is large enough for boating and water skiing and is full of trout and salmon if you like to fish. You may spot an Osprey or Bald Eagle doing fishing of their own. Frequently, Whitetail deer will be seen in the front yard feeding in the morning.
Whitetail Lodge is located 6 miles outside of the Eureka. Eureka is a small town of population 6,000 locating in the Tobacco Valley west of Glacier National Park. The local area is quiet and known for it's fishing, hiking trails and outdoor activities of all types. The winter months bring excellent skiing. Eureka is located between 2 excellent ski resorts. Fernie, B.C. is located 50 miles north and Big Mountain is 50 miles south in Whitefish, MT.
