Other information:
Dogs are allowed with an extra deposit. The dogs must be trained and under owner control at all times. The deposit is refunded after confirmation of no damage. It is unusual in the rental business to return a pet deposit but, we are pet owners ourselves and want to be friendly to other folks like us who like to travel with their dogs.
While there are beds for 12, we don't have any specific restriction on the number of people in the house. The biggest consideration is to keep the noise level low for the neighbors. The next consideration is the number of vehicles that we can accommodate since there is no on-street parking. For large gatherings, folks may need to carpool.
In the off season, we rent by day, week, or month. For long-term rentals (ie by month), the rate does not include the utilities. We will also rent monthly in the high season though that needs to be planned for far in advance before we book any short-term tenants.
