We accept travelers checks in U.S. Funds, Visa, MasterCard. Personal checks are accepted for advance deposits only.
Deposits
To hold your reservation a 40% deposit is required at the time of booking (a minimum of 1 night), except during all Holidays period when a deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is payable upon arrival.
Cancellations
30 days advance notice is required for cancellation and a refund deposit. During Christmas, New Year and Holiday Periods a 45 day advance notice is required for a refund of deposit.

We are in the center of Fort Lauderdale, the heart of South Florida. It’s just a short drive to The Palm Beaches up north, and the Hollywood/Miami/South Beach areas to the south. The beautiful and intriguing Florida Keys are only a little further south.

From Ft. Lauderdale Airport
Follow directions to US1 North. Take US1 North, pass Broward Blvd. US1 turns briefly into Sunrise Blvd (bends right) and back into US1 (bends left). Continue on US1 North to N.E. 26th Street. Turn left on N.E. 26th Street, continue on until the fourth traffic signal make a right hand turn on N.E. 6th Avenue. Make your first right onto NE 27th Street and quick left turn on to N.E. 6th Lane. Eighth house on the right 2726 N.E. 6th Lane.
