Anna Maria Pirates Den Cottages are part of a small family run resort (Anna Maria Pirates Den) located on gulf drive in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. The Island described by the English Daily Mail newspaper as "tranquil Florida, as it used to be, just beaches pelicans and palm trees".
      Enjoy the island way of life, sun, beach, and most of all relaxation. Swim in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico and walk any of the seven miles of sandy beaches and of course if you walk too far you can always catch the free trolley back to your fully equipped accommodations.
     If you need to escape the slow pace of life on the island you can always visit Tampa, ST. Petersburg or Sarasota where there are numerous theatres, museums and other attractions.
