Description of the Avila Beach vacation Townhouse Rental 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathrooms, 6 Sleeps
Our townhouse style rental was recently built and sits on top of the hill as you come into Avila beach. It is spacious and has 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The rentals have a deck in front with a gorgeous ocean view where you can sit and listen to the sound of the waves crash on the beach. The 2 story units have a 2 car garage with automatic opener. Inside, they are fully furnished and can be rented for a few days or a few weeks. We also have an on-site laundry facility for your convenience. It is an easy 2 block walk down to the ocean. The beach is perfect for swimming, surfing, laying in the sun or people watching. Lifegaurds are on duty during weekends, summer months and holidays.
We have other rental units available and each has a different beach related theme. Although each rental is the same size (1200 sq. feet), the bed configurations vary. Two of the rentals have a queen bed in each of the two bedrooms. The other unit has a bunk bed (which is a twin over a full bed) in the second bedroom. The bedrooms are all downstairs. In the living room upstairs, there is a sofa sleeper. Bedding for all beds, including the sofa sleeper, is provided.
The entire downtown area of Avila Beach has recently been rebuilt. It includes a fun new childrens park, a small grocery store and deli as well as new restaurants and stores. It is no longer a rundown little town. It is beautiful, upscale and the place to be. The weather is warm year round and it is consistently much warmer and less foggy than Pismo Beach. The California Central Coast is waiting for you.

Summer discount offered to return renters. Additional costs include $125 cleaning fee (slightly higher fee for longer stays), 11% County taxes and refundable $250 Security Deposit for stays less than 2 weeks and $400 refundable Security Deposit for over 2 weeks. No smoking and no pets allowed.
The $500 Reservation Fee is to be sent with the Vacation Rental Application. This amount applies to rent. Thirty days prior to arrival, balance of rent, $125 cleaning fee, refundable $250 Security Deposit & 11% County Taxes is due. Funds are payable with VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card or personal check. Cashiers checks are not accepted.
Return tenants receive a discount. Also, discounts are available for longer stays (weekly or monthly)- especially in winter.

If you enjoy wine tasting you will feel like you are in Heaven. There are many small wine makers and tasting rooms in nearby See Canyon and San Luis Obispo. The many large and small wineries in Paso Robles are only about 30 minutes away. If you want to visit the wineries in Solvang and Santa Ynez (as shown in the movie "Sideways"), it should take you about 45 minutes to get there. How much fun will it be to visit the wineries during the day and come home to B-B-Q on the deck in the evening as you listen to the waves crash on the sand?
Your home away from home is waiting for you! Your stay can be as exciting or as relaxing as you choose. Golf, the beach and wine tasting are only minutes away. Rent segwaves, ATV's, sand rails or take a Hummer tour within a 10-minute drive. We have availability during the off season and prices are lower too. Please, no smoking and no pets. We have a 2 night minimum and renter must be at least 25 years of age. Maximum capacity of 6 people in each unit.
